recently the episode 408-414 could be download on the app from apple store and not available to listen as well. I have tried many times but nothing changed. I wonder it is only me having such problems, is there any any advise to improve the situation ?

The episodes are all reachable and the RSS feed is properly validating. I’ve tested on multiple devices and everything is working. Are you in China? If so, it’s possible that your issues are related to China occasionally blocking me (for unknown reasons).
I genuinely don’t know why I keep getting blocked by China, but here we are. :/
