How Do I Gift a Membership?

Gifting a Membership is really easy. Just follow these instructions.

  1. Go to the Yearly Membership signup page.
  2. Create your own account with your own information and payment details.
  3. Check the “Is This a Gift?” box.
  4. Click Sign Up.
  5. If you want to send the gift immediately: Type in the recipient’s email address in the pop up screen, and write a note that will be emailed to them along with the gift membership.
  6. If you want to give it to them later: Type in your own email address in the pop up. The server will then send you the Gift Coupon directly to your email. You can then forward that email at your leisure, or you can later login to the site, click “Gifts” and then click “Send Gift email” and fill out the relevant fields.

You can use your own login to access the Gift Certificate, check to see if it’s been used, and resend the gift email it at any point. All you need to do is login and click “Gifts.”

Redeeming a Gift Certificate

OPTION ONE: The gift certificate email contains a link that will take the recipient to the sign up page, and fill in their certificate code automatically.

If you’re having trouble with the link, you can resend the email to them from your own account. All you need to do is login to your Account page, and click “Gifts.” Then select the option to resend the gift email.

OPTION TWO: The Gifts section of your Account page will also display your gift code, which you can copy and send to the recipient directly. The recipient then can manually enter the gift code into the “coupon” section of the Yearly Membership Registration page to redeem the Membership.
