As anyone who didn't delete the old History of Rome feed in iTunes probably already knows (because he uploaded a quick trailer), Mike Duncan's first new podcast since The History of Rome has just started: Revolutions. All there is at the moment is an episode 0 which explains his attentions, and the first episode of the first revolution he's covering: England in the 1640s and 1650s. His plan is to cover a revolution in 12-15 episodes with 4 week breaks between each one so he can get into the research.(oh, and yes, it's good!)So why are you still reading this? Download it now!

I only started the History of Rome podcasts fairly recently, and I'm only up to Constantine… but that trailer popped up and now, instead of dreading the end of tHoR, I have something new to look forward to!  W00t!

As good as I remembered THOR to be. Brilliant.

I'm thoroughly enjoying Revolutions except when Mike refers to 'the Fife' and gets the stress wrong in Scottish place names. They're teeny-wee complaints to have.

Enthralling and suspenseful every episode; Mike is an excellent story teller! Wish I had a roadmap for all the characters – so many interesting names to remember!

Really enjoying Revolutions. Mike tells the story very well and is very easy to listen to.

Let me start by saying I love the Revolutions podcast. However, Mike Duncan's constant lip smacking and occasional stomach gurgling drives me beyond crazy. There has to be a filter that eliminates these noises right? Hell, I'd be willing to buy it for him if need be.
