    There's an absolute stonker of a chapel in Scotland somewhere which I visited as an undergrad sometime in the early 19th century… ; -) I'm trying to remember where it was without digging out my lecture notes from the attic. It's probably somewhere in Perthshire or Fife. Most of our field trips were around those areas. The Merchant's House tea shop in St Andrews had a medieval painted ceiling but it had closed for business the last time I visited. It was a lovely place to go for a rest when I was studying in the library in Parliament Hall.
