Hi all,I'm a blind software developer, writer, musician, and podcaster from Pennsylvania. I work on computer games for the blind and visually impaired which use audio, rather than video, as their primary medium. I co-host two podcasts: MastersCast, which is a fandom podcast for Masters of the Universe, and the Maccessibility Round Table Podcast which is a round table style discussion show focussed on the use of Apple products by the blind.I discovered BHP entirely by accident while searching for some info related to the novel I'm currently writing, which should be released later this year. The podcast is superb, and I have a ton of catching up to do through the old episodes.I've always had a love of British history, ever since I was a very small child.Looks like a great community here, and I look forward to contributing.

Welcome, Josh!  I have a dear friend who also works in software accessibility and section 508 compliance.  He's also blind and his favourite hobby is skiing.

That's interesting. It's amazing what a small world it can be. :)I love ice skating, (am a huge hockey fan), but have never been daring enough to try skiing myself.I actually found a love of British history…and all things Brit really…as a small child, when I discovered that I had a particular tendency toward British-born music artists. Like an afternoon lost clicking links on Wikipedia, one thing led to another, and here I am. LOL.I'm still working my way through the older episodes. So far, I'm up to the 30s in the main show, and have been skipping around on the Members Only feed.I'm looking forward to catching up and, hopefully, being able to engage with others on new shows as Jamie produces them.
