I'm a UK expat now living in California, I'm about to head back to London for a week. (21st – 28th Jan)Anyone know of any interesting historical exhibits on I should see?I can easily lose days in the British Museum, but I'm interested to see if anything else is going on.thanks for any suggestionsAnnette

What kinds of things do you like? Most of this stuff is all free which is amazing My personal list is National GalleryNatural History Museum The British Museum (one of the few places from my childhood that actually seemed bigger as an adult)Victoria and Albert The War Rooms (not free entry but amazing if you are into WWII)The Imperial War Museum (again if you are into war history this is fantastic - although check if it's finished being renovated)Primrose Hill/Regents Park  I think that's enough for a week  :)

I know the museums listed quite well and have enjoyed them.I think I was wondering if anyone knew of any interesting historical exhibitions on right now or something a little more obscure.I took a look at Time Out but didn't see anything inspiring there. The British Museum had that great Viking exhibit last year... anything along that line would be fab.I'll keep looking :)Annette

Sorry I'm in Oz. I'd keep an eye on anything related to WWI/II what with the anniversaries.
