Well, in view of upcoming excitement, I'd like to see how the Staffordshire Hoard was gathered and lost, and by whom. I'd also like to know who designed the art for the Bayeux Tapestry, who did the stitching and where. Was the wool spun and dyed on site or was it brought in from elsewhere. Were the various panels embroidered in one location or several, and then joined later? I just wish I could have been a little bird, seeing the reaction of the Normans and the Saxons. Did Harold really die as the tapestry seems to suggest, with an arrow through the eye? And what really happened at Kirk o Field when Darnley died. Who was responsible?
