In england tea is just tea same as anywhere else. Milk, tea bag, water. Easy.
Something my girlfriend appreciates, a nice simple cuppa tea, which apparently tastes better when I make it....go figure! I can't stand the smell or the taste of the stuff (or coffee for that matter) but an episode about this particular beverage would be an interesting one all the same.I find it amusing how tea, and the drinking of, is sometimes seen as quintessentially English but it hasn't been on these shores for that long, maybe 300 years....maybe someone else will correct me there. Tea, to me, seems to have a strong Indian and Chinese heritage, but I could be way off.
