I studied it in Moscow State Lomonossov University.First 2 years it was general history and after that I specialised on Ethnology / Social Anthropology. So we had Ancient history (Greece, Rome, Asia), then Medieval History of Europe, Asia. History of Europe and Americas in the New Age and Modern Times (I'm not sure if I translate it correct, but sort of...) and hell lot of Russian history from early ages to modern times. But not special British history. It was always a part of european history course, but you know, there are some other countries to cover in this kind of course ;-)
