I can't believe I have to do this... but this is the world we live in now.

Apple giveth and Apple taketh away. The new Podcast app is a total disaster, absolutely ruined what did not need fixing. Thanks for addressing this, and for the hack to get continuous play

I have abandoned the Podcast app because I preferred to put the podcast episodes I want to listen to next in the Queue and then sort the order to hear them in – which you can’t do any more with the iOS 11 version. Why remove that feature? Who knows. Do they care at Apple support? Not in the slightest. I am now using Overcast, which does a pretty good job except it doesn’t support password protected feeds, so I have to fall back on the BHP app for the membercasts.

    Podcast Addict on Android FTW.

Love the show Jamie. Now that I’m back to work I’m finally signing up.

And done. I’m finally paying my fair share for your excellent podcast. Okay Mr. Duncan, you’re next.

The real solution is to stop using Apple devices. They restrict connectivity and want access to all of your data. And they don’t care about the customer. I now use Android and have an mp3 player instead of an ipod.
